Ingrid facilitated a team building and strategic planning day for the AMP Capital Real Estate Sustainability team. The team building event really helped our new team get to know each other, build personal connections whilst articulating a shared vision for our work together.

Ingrid's approach differs from other strategy consultants I've worked with in that she starts with the individuals, helping participants build understanding of each other, our unique motivations, and personal stories. This very personal starting point builds a strong foundation for a respectful and open discussion about goals and targets.
